ORDERING & PRE-ORDER POLICY

GL WIGS operates a structured ordering system to maintain quality control, inventory management and fulfilment efficiency.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Once an order has been placed, materials, inventory allocation and fulfilment processes may begin immediately.
For this reason, order cancellations are generally not permitted once payment has been completed.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, GL WIGS will contact the customer to discuss alternative options or a suitable resolution.
Fulfilment Timeframes
Most made-to-order units arrive within approximately 10–14 business days from the date an order is placed.
These timeframes include:
• Order allocation
• Quality inspection
• Packaging
• Final dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Additional processing time may occasionally occur during:
• Peak sales periods
• Public holidays
• Supplier delays
• Freight delays
• Customs processing
• Other circumstances outside GL WIGS control
Special Orders & Variations
Certain products may require additional processing time, including:
• Custom orders
• Special colour variations
• Limited-release products
• Extended length units
Customers are encouraged to place special orders in advance where possible.
Pre-Order & Special Order Items
Pre-order and special-order items are considered final sale.
These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless required under Australian Consumer Law or confirmed faulty under the Returns & Store Credit Policy.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers must contact hello@glwigs.com.au within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.
If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, GL WIGS will assist customers with carrier investigations where possible.
