LOCAL PICK UP POLICY
Effective Date: 18 June 2026
GL WIGS offers local pick up within Canberra, ACT and Melbourne, VIC by prior arrangement only.
Local Pick Up Orders
All local pick up orders must be placed and paid for before collection.
GL WIGS does not operate as a retail storefront and does not offer walk-in shopping or open stock browsing.
Pick Up Appointments
Local pick up is strictly by appointment only.
Customers will be contacted once their order is ready to arrange a collection time.
Collection details and the agreed collection location will be provided once a pick up appointment has been confirmed.
Order Collection
Customers must provide their order confirmation at collection.
If another person is collecting on behalf of the customer, they must provide the order confirmation and the full name associated with the order.
Payment Requirements
All local pick up orders must be completed through the GL WIGS website before collection.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Orders will not be released until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Returns & Store Credit
Local pick up orders are subject to the same Returns & Store Credit Policy as all other GL WIGS orders.
Due to hygiene requirements, items must remain:
• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Lace uncut
• In original packaging
No returns are accepted for change of mind.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of collection.
Processing Times
Local pick up orders follow the same processing timeframes outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Availability is subject to stock levels and processing requirements.
