Due to the hygiene nature, customised nature, and processing requirements of our products, strict conditions apply to all purchases.
Order Commitment
Once payment has been received, your order is considered confirmed.
Orders are allocated, processed, and prepared through a structured fulfilment system. Materials, labour, and logistics may be committed shortly after purchase.
For this reason, order cancellations are generally not permitted once payment has been completed.
Human Hair Characteristics
Human hair is a natural product. As a result, variations may occur between units, including:
• Colour tone
• Texture pattern
• Curl pattern
• Density appearance
• Natural shedding
These characteristics are considered normal and are not regarded as faults.
Processing & Delivery Timeframes
GL WIGS aims to meet all estimated processing and delivery timeframes wherever possible.
However, minor delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
• Supplier processing times
• Freight and transport delays
• Shipping carrier delays
• Customs inspections or clearance processes
• Public holidays
• Extreme weather events
• Other unforeseen circumstances
